Wow, are they on shelves already?
The 43 is brand new as in just released a couple of weeks ago I figured it would be a year or so before they were commonly available.
Well now I know what I need to do this weekend.

I may have been mistaken, it might have been another of their recent releases from late 2014 / early 2015. I will ask him tomorrow, nice to get his intel. He used to work at Sig Sauer, now works in the custom shop at Colt while having his own gunshop/custom firearm business.

He sounds like an awesome guy.
You might have been thinking about the 42 in .380.

He is a good man, good to my niece too!
Either way I will get the intel that is available.

For Facebook people interested in custom firearm work, here is his page:https://www.facebook.com/evolution.armory
It shows some of the work he's been doing...
Oh Bob, you were right- it was the 42. I looked on his page and it was from LAST April! Time is moving too fast for me it seems. He loves to work on 1911 frames the most, as you can see on their page...
Talked to him about the Glock 43 and he can get those as well. He has pretty good access obtaining firearms, ammo, and reloading supplies for his shop. That's quite rare these days, I hope his place goes big!

Too bad I am so far away.
It's funny that he posted a pic of a Springfield he put sights on.
I have a Springfield that lacks only a set of Novaks to be complete.
Everything else has been done to it.

1911 frames have always been his passion it seems. I told you about how he made the ONLY Colt Python to come out of the factory since they stopped production way back when, right?
