If it comes this far north I'm packing up the dogs and wife and heading to Asheville?. With my wife being so close to her due date we need to have access to a hospital.

I am thinking when I retire I am going to move inland where hurricanes are not a big deal.
The wife wants to go to Kentucky and while I was thinking in terms of Tennessee Kaintuck might be ok.

I think we'll be fine. It's looking like it'll be seriously downgraded by the time it gets to us, if it even does. Either way we've got a plan and I'm going out today to get a bit more bottled water and stuff.
On another note my wife is beginning to see the wisdom in my wanting to move into the mountains after I'm out of the Marines.

The local media was whipping everyone into a frenzy again.
You know what worries me?
One of these days we are going to get a killer hurt me cain and the people are going to ignore it.
The media will have become "The boy who cried wolf".
