I am looking for Zombie Movies in Spanish with English subtitles.
Really any movies in this format would work but Zombie Movies Rule Right?

I have a theory that if I watch enough spanish shows I will pick up some of the language.
My theory is that within 30 days I can learn enough to have a vocabulary similar to a dog.
That is to say marginally functional, not enough to carry on a conversation but enough to express basic ideas.
The average dog knows about 165 words I believe the record holder is well over a thousand words.
But the way spanish runs the words together when spoken at conversational speed you have to listen to it for a while to be able to pick out words.

Movies in Spanish will not always match up with the subtitles, as there are always differences in translation. Also, Hispanic languages vary between European Spanish and the languages of the islands and the Americas. They all have variances due to their own old world languages from before the conquest and colonization by Spain. Something that does help is reading Spanish to work on pronunciation. A Spanish to English dictionary helps to have on hand as well. I used to work with a lot of Hispanic people, primarily from Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. While I was working with supplying and supporting an assembly area of over 2 dozen women, I used to grab one of their newspapers and start reading it out loud. They were surprised at how I managed to say the words with decent inflection and in the proper mannerisms mostly. While I was fairly decent at this I really did not know too much at all of what I was speaking forth. However, this worked out well to learn what little I do know. One thing that is impossible is to be able to speak and understand Spanish with the rapidity it is normally spoken- especially when excited or angered! Optimum way is to have a friend that speaks Spanish and work with them constantly. You might want to get one of those Rosetta Stone programs to work on it, as it seems to be a very popular system that yields good results!

I find it impossible to roll my "R"s which really makes my attempt to speak the language a complete failure.

Red
I considered a learning program.
In fact I have had them on my phone but don't make much progress with them.
I guess it is because I don't have a real need to speak Spanglish.
I generally get bored and move on to other things.
Yea they string their sentences differently than we do so that will be a challenge in itself.

Z
I can't roll R's worth a carp.
