That is the only smell that takes me right into gag-reflex...rotting flesh.
I can handle just about anything else; vomit, shit, tequila...but decomposition of dead tissue...one way ticket to Barfville.

I gag at rotten flesh, but rotten people is even worse to me. I can watch accident videos an executions on video with no ill effects, but actually being there is terrible. We saw someone fall from the extra high towers needed to cross the Delta near where I grew up. He lost his balance and grabbed the wire, caught on fire, fell into the reeds, and started them on fire. That smell stayed with me for years.
